I bought a dress and a cardigan from Monsoon, and I’ve been really happy with both. I’m quite particular about fabric and stitching, and these definitely meet my usual standard. The material feels soft, and even after washing, everything still looks well made. I’m giving 4 stars because the prices are a little higher than I’d normally like, but the pieces do feel worth it.

I went in thinking it would be easy to find a few nice pieces, but the styles just feel so outdated now. A lot of it looks frumpy, and the colour choices are kind of odd too. It turned into way more effort than it should’ve been, and I eventually just gave up trying to find anything I actually liked.

I’ve bought a few dresses from here over the past year, and overall I’ve been happy with the quality. The styles are cute and some pieces have held up well after a few wears. That said, after my first order, I did feel like the prices were a bit high for what I got. Some items feel worth the money, but others not so much. Lately, I’ve been waiting for sales because the value feels a lot better then. Overall, it’s nice stuff, just not always amazing for the price

I do really like Monsoon clothes, and the website is easy to use. The only thing that gets annoying is how often loads of sizes are out of stock when I look, especially during the sales. I’d definitely buy more if the popular items and sizes were kept available a bit better.

I ordered from Monsoon London for something I wanted to wear to a family get-together, and it turned up much quicker than I expected. There was no hassle or waiting around, and the parcel arrived in good condition. Really pleased with how fast the delivery was

The size was right overall, but the sleeves are a bit long on me. It’s still a good fit, though.

I was already not in the best mood, and the whole ordering process made it worse. Checkout froze on me twice, which was frustrating, and then I never got any delivery updates after that. It ended up feeling like way more hassle than I expected

I ordered a dress from monsoonlondon.com because it looked really lovely online, but once it arrived the fit just wasn’t right on me. I’m particular about how clothes should sit, so I packed it back up and sent it off the very next day.

The return process felt more confusing than it needed to be. I like things to be straightforward when I’m sending something back, but I ended up having to chase them just to check whether they’d even received it. There wasn’t much communication, and the whole thing dragged on longer than I’d normally be okay with.

I did get my refund in the end, so at least it was sorted, but it was definitely slower and more frustrating than I expected. Their clothes are nice, but based on this experience, I’d be a bit hesitant to order again unless I was really sure about the sizing...

I tried getting in touch with Monsoon because my order hadn’t turned up, and it was just going round in circles a bit. The emails took so long, and when they finally replied it didn’t really answer the thing I was asking, which was annoying. I also tried the phone line, but that wasn’t much use either. It kind of felt like once they had my money, then that was it and nobody was that bothered. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.
